Franck Lebastard, Cofounder, Chairman and Scientific Director Dr Lebastard cofounded Infobjects in April 2000. He has over 13 years of experience developing software solutions for Complex Objects Management Systems in Distributed Environments, Meta Model Drivers and Multi-model Database Management Systems. Widely recognized as one of the leading experts in the field of Object-Oriented technologies and Complex DBMS, Dr Lebastard has a proven track record for delivering innovative software solutions to the marketplace; he is the inventor of the ObjectDRIVER kernel. Dr Lebastard has held various scientific and management positions at INRIA and at CERMICS research laboratories where he was in charge of important research and development projects involving Dassault Aviation, O2 Technologies and Ilog. He was Professor at Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'Etat (ENTPE), lecturer at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) and in charge of a master course in Advanced Databases at Nice-Sophia Antipolis University (UNSA). Dr Lebastard is the author of numerous scientific publications on Advanced Databases and Data modeling. He earned his Senior Engineering degree from ENTPE and received his Ph.D. in Computer Science with high honors from INSA of Lyon. |

Sylvain Lardon, Sales Operations Director Sylvain Lardon, Sales Operations Director, has over 20 years of experience in direct and indirect sales of information technologies in France and Europe. He started his career at independent software vendor CCMX. He quickly took the management of a sales branch where he was in charge of both sales, pre-sales and consulting activities. He was appointed as Strategic Accounts Director at DIGITAL before holding various sales management positions. He took an active part in the development of the Indirect Sales strategy including business development with large integrators such as CGEY, Accenture and SEMA. Sylvain joined independent software vendor Systar’s Senior Management Team, focused on the quality of service area, where he created the Indirect Sales and Partnerships Division. He signed the first strategic partnership with DMR Consulting. He was more recently a Regional Managing Director at independent american software vendor WebGain, responsible for the Southern Europe java business development where he successfully sold WebGain’s persistence framework to large european accounts. |
