Distribution Partners are major Value-added Resellers, Systems Integrators and Professional Service organizations that work with the Customers and/or other Value-added Resellers, Systems Integrators and Professional Service organizations to determine, implement and support state of the art solutions that integrate ObjectDRIVER. They deliver a full range of consulting services, including industry domain expertise, application extensions of software solutions and custom application solutions.
Distribution Partners focus on a specific area, either regional or national or cross-nations and represent Infobjects in their dedicated geography. They are in charge of all Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) and Professional Service organizations in this region.
Distribution partners must have a considerable experience of Infobjects solutions. They are responsible for handling training sessions on behalf of Infobjects to Customers and/or Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) and Professional Service organizations they are responsible for. They provide first level support and when possible second level support on behalf of Infobjects.
Distribution partners have strong sales and technical resources, including training and support, dedicated to Infobjects solutions. They have dedicated resources with the expertise to build and support projects for their customers.
Distribution partners are involved at different levels in Infobjects decision making process. Out of the information they collect from their Customers and/or the Value-added Resellers, Systems Integrators and Professional Service organizations they are responsible for, they make recommendation to Infobjects. As an example, they can issue recommendations concerning our training plan or package, our products strategy or our sales and marketing policies.
Distribution partners are involved in common marketing actions and events with Infobjects. Each Distribution partner has its own interface with Infobjects. They receive a development kit, specific technical and sales training and full support from our development resources.
Distribution partners are committed to quarterly and yearly revenue generated from the reselling of Infobjects products and services. Common business plans are prepared quarterly to enable market objectives to be reached.
